The truth hurts, but it will save you today
Things have been going a little crazy here at the Breakthroughs office. We are working around the clock to create better systems for our clients to achieve even greater success.
So our apologies for not getting this message to you this friday, but today is a better day to see this message. You see, if you would have seen Step 2 of transforming your body in record time on friday, you might have put it off until after memorial day or given yourself an excuse to slip majorly on memorial day.
So now that you see it on memorial day, it might inspire you not to shoot yourself in the foot. Step 2 is evaluating where you are right now.
Sometimes facing the facts hurts alot. Here are some of the facts you may be facing:
- the number on the scale is too high
- I can’t walk up the stairs without breathing heavy
- My body fat is above healthy means
- I can’t even finish a mile
- I used to be able to do alot more pushups
- My clothes are getting tighter
… and so on
That’s ok. But at least you are evaluating yourself today so you can face the truth and not put off your health any longer. So down below I want you to evaluate yourself on the tests and measurements below:
- 1 mile walk/jog/run. How fast can you finish a mile
- Measurements: a) around the waist line (across the belly button), b) around the hips (across the biggest part of your hips), c) across the chest (men under the armpits and across the nipple, women across the top of shoulders 3 inches above the nipple line), d) around the right bicep
- Weight in lbs
- Body fat (use the machine from a gym if you have access to one)
- Maximum number of good form pushups
There are more things you can do, but I do not want to overwhelm you. So get to it, and make sure you mark today’s date down along with your results and goals.
The next milestone is Fourth of July. So you have plenty of time to work on improving your results. Do not sulk and whine about what you see today. Take immediate action and do what most people won’t do so you can have what most people don’t have.
