Pushups For Charity Long Island Advanced Pushups

I got inspired one night to just do 25 different variations of pushups that just came to mind. Boy was it a blast. Fortunately I was able to put the building blocks in place in order for my body to handle the different pushup variations.

As much fun as these pushups are to do, remember to MASTER the basics first. Practice your standard pushup day in and day out and truly master perfect form. From there you can throw some variation in to build off of.

Remember, Pushups For Charity Long Island is happening on January 23rd at the Glen Cove YMCA.
