Karolina Kurkova Dubbed ‘Sexiest Woman In The World’

Karolina Kurkova
Breakthroughs debates why are we ranking woman instead of simply respecting them.
Ok, Karolina is dubbed the sexiest woman in the world, and nowhere in the blog post today did it say anything about who she really is. As a reader I would rather learned more about about Karolina the person, her interest, favorite foods, and of course her fitness regiment. We’ve become a society that that spends more time praising and worshiping celebrities than respecting the careers of people who are really making a difference in the world everyday. For example how many teachers got a standing ovations, or Huge contract increases like Johan Santana’s $137.5 million, six-year contract with the New York Mets.
Are our values just a little confused?Should we be spending more time building women up and giving them the respect they deserve over posting how sexy we believe they are. I’m a big fan of attractive women, but there are many resepctful ways of expressing how we value women then labelling them on sexuality.

Is this picture motivating or degrading?
Is is what we want people to believe is sexy?
Will this picture motivate young girls to have high self-esteem?
Does Karolina exhibit a Healthy woman?
Does this picture teach young boys that women are more than objects?
Just a few questions that this blog post bought to my mind. I’m curious what question my blog brings to the readers mind. If you have a comment leave it in the box below, and I’ll reply directly to you personally…

Hey my friend. You touched upon a great topic here. A topic that is of high interest to me as well. We are protraying these women as objects of health and objects of sex. Granted its greatly appealing from a marketing standpoint to get readers visually involved, but as you stated where is the personality behind those pictures. What are these women in these photos doing in their life to maintain those bodies? Are their fitness tactics necessarily safe or are they harmful but create a short term effect that will please another woman for 20 days or so?
I’m sick and tired of hearing the lack of education women are getting from these magazines, celebreties, media, etc. It makes it a small change for professionals like breakthrough’s coaches to get passed that mindset hump. However, we love a challenge.
Coach Rahz, an idea popped into my head as I read your post and I know you touched upon at a meeting. We should def go through with a women’s and men’s only section of the blog so messages do not get mixed up and so we can cater to individual needs. We are too damn passionate to allow these giant organizations flush society with such crap.
