How to avoid wasting time at the gym and get the most from your workouts.

8 tips for Staying Focused and Getting serious results and avoiding time wasters at the Gym

  1. Go to the gym with a Plan
  2. Put your I-pod on before you walk into the Gym
  3. Schedule appointments within 30 minutes of your scheduled workout
  4. Set Short term goals and Get a Accountability partner
  5. Don’t talk to the Talking Big Guy Who never Lift any Weight
  6. Don’t try and Pick-up the Opposite sex during your workouts
  7. Bring you own Post Workout Shake
  8. Hire a Fitness Processional to assist you and keep you on track

If you follow these 8 tips you’ll get more from your workouts and spend less time not getting what you went there for in the first place. The gym is a place to get work done and then move on with your day. Leave the social stuff for another location. Results only happen when you put your full attention to a focused plan and taken action.
